Fielding Price is the maternal Grandfather of James H. Hays. Records show him living in Garner and Union, White Arkansas. 1900 Elk Township (south half), Washita, OK. 1910 Justice Precinct 2, Montague, TX. Both Jessie and Ollie Fielding served in WWI. As Thomas Jefferson Hays died when James H. was a baby he was sent from TX to live with his “bachelor Uncles”, Jess and Ollie Price, on a rented farm in Chandler, Commanche, OK for part of the 1930’s. The photo “Cotton Wagon” is believed to be from there.
